Emily Buck is a yoga teacher, somatic coach, dance facilitator and Reiki level 1 practitioner. As someone who has lived with pain herself, Emily is passionate about assisting others towards goodness and peace. Her work is a product of 8 years of studying and teaching yoga, meditation and improvisational dance. Emily is committed to fostering healthy communities and creating compassionate spaces for vulnerability, honesty and courage to thrive.
